BEATIT CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Last Updated: January 08, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT

BeAtIt is committed to maintaining a safe environment and protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children.

This Child Safety Policy outlines our approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation on our platform.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

BeAtIt requires users to be at least 16 years old to use our Service.

However, in jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is 13-15 (as permitted under GDPR and other applicable laws), users aged 13-15 may use our Service with explicit parental or guardian consent, subject to account restrictions and limitations. Users under 13 are not permitted to use our Service under any circumstances.

  • All users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our services without restrictions
  • Users aged 13-15 may use the Service with explicit parental or guardian consent in jurisdictions where this is legally permitted (see Terms and Conditions Section 8 for detailed parental consent process)
  • Even with parental consent, users under 16 may have restricted access to certain features due to the nature of our nightlife content
  • Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts immediately terminated
  • We reserve the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time

As a nightlife and events discovery platform, we ensure age-appropriate content and maintain strict safety standards for all users. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service, particularly for users under 16.

For Parents and Guardians: If you wish to provide consent for a minor aged 13-15 to use BeAtIt, please review our Terms and Conditions Section 8.2 for the complete parental consent process. You must contact us at contact@be-at-it.com with the subject line "Parental Consent Request - [User Name]".
